It’s being grateful and displaying appreciation for people who make a distinction in our lives. Play â€" Living within the current moment. It’s the flexibility to let go of anger, resentment, and feelings from the past and actually deliver our greatest self to the duty at hand. Being on this state of flow will enable humor, spontaneity, fun, and play to flourish in the current second. How much fun is that? Surprise â€" Honoring people through the component of the sudden â€" surprising them with what's highest on their joy record. It’s catching people doing the proper things and recognizing them on the spot. The purpose celebration fails in most organizations at present is that it turns into stale. There is a scarcity of creativity or acutely aware thought that's needed to make a celebration particular. By learning extra about what motivates workers and what brings them nice pleasure, we are able to creatively add the factor of surprise to their lives, and what a pleasant surprise that is!
